Monday to Friday: 5:30am - 7:00pm
Weekend: 10.00am - 6:00pm
(Closed each Wednesday morning 5:30am-9:00am for cleaning)
Gym Hours
Monday to Friday: 5:30am - 7:30pm
Weekend: 10:00am to 6:00pm
